Common questions
Can I try a game for free?
Absolutely. Every game is a free download — play it as much as you
like before you buy. When you're ready, your key unlocks all the
features for good.
How does ordering work?
Every game is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring
fees. After you order, your license keys are emailed to the address you
provided right away — usually within a minute. Each game has its
own key.
How do I download a game?
Download the latest version from
glennsgames.com. Open the
.dmg,
drag the app into your Applications folder, then eject the disk image.
Updates are always free.
Why won't macOS let me open the app?
My apps are signed and notarized by Apple, but macOS often still shows a
caution the first time you open one. Right-click (or Control-click) the
app and choose Open, then Open again
— you only do this once. (Or go to System Settings → Privacy
& Security and click Open Anyway.)
Where do I enter my key?
An order window pops up when you open the game. Paste or type your key
into it to unlock all the game's features. Each game uses its own key, so
enter each key into its matching game.
Can I use my key on more than one Mac?
Yes — install on as many Macs as you own, and your keys never
expire. Lose a key? Recover it above or email
glenns@mac.com.
